Who we are
LogLyn LLC ("LogLyn") provides payment-document operations. Customers may share selected records so LogLyn can prepare, repair, reconcile, and organize documents and review materials. Customers review and approve the work and take every external action. LogLyn does not submit materials, contact counterparties, make professional decisions, process payments, or hold customer funds.

We collect two categories of data:
Contact data
When you contact LogLyn, we receive the contact and scoping information you choose to provide, such as your name, work email, company, optional phone number, blocker type, and short description. It is used to respond to the inquiry and, if applicable, discuss an engagement. Do not put invoices, account records, credentials, bank details, or customer data in the website form.
Engagement data
If an engagement proceeds, LogLyn may receive the records and supporting documents identified in the written scope. These may include invoices, purchase orders, delivery or acceptance records, remittances, deduction notices, requirements, and related correspondence. Operational files are transferred only after a transfer method and handling terms are confirmed; the website form is not an engagement-file intake channel.
How we use your data
Contact data is used to respond to inquiries, discuss scope, administer a relationship, and protect the website and communications. Engagement data is used to perform, support, and deliver the agreed payment-document work.
LogLyn does not sell engagement files or use them for advertising. Any materially different use must be disclosed and agreed in writing.
Retention
The retention period and deletion procedure for engagement files are stated in the written agreement or intake instructions. You may ask for those terms before files move and may request deletion, subject to applicable legal, security, backup, or recordkeeping obligations.
Contact and business correspondence may be retained as reasonably needed to respond, administer the relationship, maintain records, protect the service, and meet applicable obligations.
Sharing and subprocessors
LogLyn does not sell personal information or engagement files. Service providers may process information only as needed for website hosting, communications, file transfer, operational support, or delivery of the agreed work. You may request current handling details before engagement files move.
Cookies and analytics
LogLyn does not use information submitted through the site for targeted advertising. The site may use technical logs or aggregate analytics for operation, security, and basic usage measurement. This policy will be updated if those practices change materially.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information LogLyn holds about you. Email the address below so the request can be reviewed and verified.
Requests concerning engagement files are also governed by the written agreement, intake instructions, and any applicable legal, security, backup, or recordkeeping obligations.
Customer-uploaded third-party data
Files you share may contain information about customers, counterparties, or other third parties. You are responsible for having authority to share that information. LogLyn uses it only as needed for the agreed work and related operational support, and does not contact those third parties on your behalf.
Updates to this policy
